Hired by an agriculture services company, my creative brief was to document the people the company sends out into the field. The farm was located in northern NY, indeed with a close up view of Canada. This is the sort of territory I work in often as what many people in New York call an upstate photographer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This sort of assignment in the field is typical for me as a Saratoga Springs NY corporate photographer who specializes in annual report photography and commercial photography.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The working conditions are typical. A business, in this case a large upstate dairy farm, is in daily operation. People are busy and work needs to get done.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But my client needs good quality images that represent what they do an accurately depict how the farm uses their services. My years of working as a news photographer have given me the skill to relate well to people who will be my subjects, many of whom I’m meeting under a tight time constraint. My years of shooting widely variable assignments under a wide variety of conditions for corporate and editorial clients have given me the skill to think fast and execute great images fast.<\/p>\n
