Ithaca Testing Lab by a New York Annual Report Photographer<\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

A company’s annual report can range from a slick publication with a few meticulously produced “hero shots” to more of a comprehensive approach highlighting many aspects of what a company does. And as a New York annual report photographer, I find that companies often call me in for the skill I’ve developed in covering many aspects of their businesses or operations efficiently and with high quality imagery.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A typical shoot for me is an image library commission where a company doesn’t necessarily have an exact need for images in mind at the inception. But, they do need broad coverage of their operations for images that will be used over time as website photography, illustrators in public relations materials or even for the year end annual report.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Working as an Ithaca NY photographer, I produced a large library of images for this testing laboratory, showing their personnel and operations at work. As we were photographing during a regular work day, our ability to disrupt the normal workflow was restricted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As a corporate photographer, I’ve learned how to work with the flow of the daily routine as well as how to create small settings, vignettes really, where we set up a scene to be photographed with minimal disruption, then drop a staff member into the scene for 2, maybe 3 minutes to finish the image off before moving on to the next subject.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This approach to corporate photography in New York allows me to fulfill a tight creative brief while remaining open and able to respond fast to ideas and serendipity while on location.<\/p>\n
