An assignment to photograph a family and some scenes from a Middleburg NY dairy farm for point of purchase advertisements which would appear in a grocery store fit right into my skill set.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The need for the images was almost immediate. A family was found and we sped through shooting several scenes and setups so that the intermediate client could complete the project for their end client.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Straightforward appearing images such as these require a light and subtle touch. The lighting has to be understated and natural in a case like this. And yes, except for the scenic views, all of these images have been lit. Even the cows in the barn. Inevitably on a working farm, and working with live animals, there are myriad things that need to be adjusted, corrected, enhanced and retouched into and out of the final image. After all, there was no budget for wranglers, stylists, wardrobe and a power washing attendant for the cows!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So producing images that appear simple, honest and very natural goes so much further than expecting a finished photo to emerge from a digital camera. You need someone with the decades of experience and the skills I have as a Saratoga Springs NY commercial photographer to create these sorts of images for you. Wether it is a project which requires a highly produced and stylized look, or a project such as this one which looks like natural light photography, you need a photographer with the experience to translate that vision into a compelling image for you.<\/p>\n
